She Cranes Squad to face off in the 2024 Vitality Nations cup and Test series Out.

The team features former she cranes world cup stars with additions.

The Uganda Netball national team set to fly to represent the country in the high-level competition dubbed the Vitality Netball Nations Cup set to take place in the United kingdom has been released.

The Team coached by fred Mugerwa consists of selected stars from various clubs captained by Irene Eyaru who has maintained the captainship since the world cup.

Other players include; Lillian Achola, Florence Adunia, Mercy Batamuliza, Haniisha Muhameed Nakaate, Falidah Kadondi, Sandrah Ruth Nambirige, Christine Namulumba Kango, Shadiah Nassanga Ssegujja, Sarah Nakiyunga, Margaret Baagala and Mary Nuba Cholhok aprofessional shooter who plays for England’s Loughborough in the Netball Super League.

According to the team Manager Cecilia Anyakoit, the gallant daughters carrying the Ugandan flag are expected to tussle out four of the world’s top netball nations in the weekends of 20-21 and 27-28 January 2024 in a game thriller for the battle of supremacy in the game of netball that has England, Autralia  and New Zealand, to her all those teams are beatable if the teams wears the right attitude knowing that they are not only playing for themselves but for the millions of Ugandans who will be in the courts and on screens all over the world watching them.

The first two days of the tournament will be held at the OVO Arena Wembley in the United Kingdom before being moved to the First Direct Arena in Leeds making it the first time that international netball is hosted in Leeds
